    I don’t think I could ever work out the same way again! I’m positive that I at least knew my pelvic floor existed, but to pay any mind to it as I worked out, or even did regular mundane things at homes, simply didn’t happen.

    Most workouts that target the abdominal area are so “ab focused”. Nicole shifted my focus in the right direction, and I now look at my pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as an entire area. The way I breathe, the way I lift weights, and even the way I stand and walk, has shifted.

    I had my first child at 40. Due to an emergency cesarean, I suffered from Diastasis Recti and abdominal discomfort. I knew I needed to regain strength in those muscles and so I reached out to Nicole.

    Accompanied with Pelvic Floor Physio, I saw almost instant results in my strength and the way I looked but above all, I got to know and understand my pelvic floor.

    I always loved being active—I walked, lifted weights, instructed Zumba as a hobbie and played sports occasionally. I will do all of that differently now and I feel so enlightened by that!

    I thoroughly enjoyed the StrongHER program as it taught me so much I didn't know and the proper way to exercise!

    I had the realization that I can work out at home and get results. I learned proper technique in doing all the exercises so they are purposeful and that you don't get hurt. I have always had back issues and now that Nicole has taught proper technique, I can do my exercises confidently and correctly!

    I learned how to carry myself daily/in workouts to support my body and lessen pain.

    Leaking (even 'just a little") isn't normal! I wish we'd stop normalizing it and starting teaching women how to fix it!

    Leaking isn't normal and you don't have to accept it! You can work with weights to feel stronger, healthier, and more in control of your body without looking overly muscular! You've been led astray by Kegels and the fitness industry's use of "core".

    Lasting positive changes are not out of reach; it is possible for you to feel better!

    Strength training is really important for women even though it tends to be marketed to men.

    I would like other women to know that it's never too late to start taking care of yourself and that strength training (with proper form and core breath) can help solve many health issues that women face.

    My opinion on what constitutes an effective workout has entirely changed. I used to believe that intense exercise like tabata was the only way to get results. I now know that these classes can be be harmful if you don't have the correct form. Strength training and doing safer exercises like walking and swimming are ideal for anyone who suffers from back and/or hip pain.

  • "Not sure where I would be today if our paths hadn’t crossed. I am truly grateful to have Nicole in my life leading my body and mind transformation."

    In the beginning of 2021 I lived with daily back pain and thought strengthening workouts would just aggravate it. I had always been a gym goer but during Covid, I hadn’t been going and I thought to myself, I am going to give this a go and try to workout at home. The 16 week program gave me new life and a new way to work out without pain. Within a week of just doing the basic rolling and stretching, my back already felt better and my pain significantly reduced. Her workout programs are individualized to your needs depending on what needs to be worked on and how much time you have to dedicate to it each week. Your program is updated every 5 to 6 weeks as you progress. The app where you follow your workout is amazing. There are videos to watch for each exercise so you know you are doing it properly. If you have a question, you can ask it on the app and Nicole will respond – whether it is changing an exercise that may be too challenging or giving more detail on it. When the 16 week program was coming to an end, I started having anxiety on how was I going to continue on my journey without Nicole. I had made so much progress within those 16 weeks. I was feeling so much stronger physically and mentally. The zoom calls were so much fun as well. It’s like we were a family of women going through different stages of our physical fitness but we had each other’s back and support of our leader Nicole. At the end of the 16 program, I signed up for another year with Nicole. I love my workouts and how strong and happier I am now.   • "It was a whole new level of exercise"

    I have been going to the gym for the last 15 years and it was okay. I would do the average 30-40 minutes of cardio and then hit the line of weight machines to do the toning. This is obviously better than doing nothing however when I hooked up with Nicole it was a whole new level of exercise.

    Training with Nicole since February 2017 is, without hesitation, the best decision of the year for me. I am turning 40 soon and I hadn’t been to a gym for 20 years when I was introduced to her. I couldn’t run or swim anymore (due to prolapse after my second baby and allergy to chlorine) so I felt I had no choice to go back to the gym if I wanted to keep moving.

    To be honest, I didn’t have the slightest intention to do personal training, but I completely changed my mind when I met Nicole and heard how she could help me (and there was absolutely NO pressure from her part).

    Since then, I have been training twice a week, with 30 minutes cardio and 1 hour weights and exercises. I can’t say how much it changed my life! My posture, flexibility and strength have improved dramatically, which is fantastic since I spend a lot of time in front of my computer.

  • "Meeting and training with her changed my life..."

    Nicole will always hold a special place in my heart. Meeting and training with her changed my life, in many ways. I've always been very active and athletic, and I continued through pregnancy and postpartum.

    When I was 6 years postpartum and training heavily, I started to notice a weakness in my core that I couldn't figure out. A series of fortunate events soon brought Nicole into my life and she quickly discovered that I had a 6-finger abdominal separation (and pelvic floor dysfunction that I had just written off as part of motherhood that Kegels weren't resolving).

    At first, I was in complete shock and disbelief. I was aware of abdominal separation, but would never have thought that I had it. After a couple of tough days of coming to terms with what was going on in my body, I decided to train with Nicole for 8 weeks. Through awareness and retraining, I began my journey of healing my diastasis (which closed to 2-fingers and became functional) and a whole new way of looking at my health and fitness.
